In this session you will receive:
1 (60) minute one-on-one coaching session
Personalized, written meal ideas or meal plans, food and pantry lists with brand recommendations and items to avoid, lifestyle advice, tips and best practices to help you not only achieve your goals faster but maintain your efforts over the long-term.
Cost:
$250 - Initial session for first time clients; or
$120 - Follow-up session for existing clients. Ideal for individuals that desire on-going support. includes (1) 60 minute coaching session to assess progress, address new concerns and make necessary adjustments following each session. After each session you will be provided with recommendations, strategies, exercises and other additional resources if needed, to help you level-up your efforts and overcome challenges you may be experiencing.
If follow-up sessions are not maintained, and 12 months have passed since our last session, an initial session is required.
