After being diagnosed with Lyme Disease several years ago, Jennifer took her passion for health and kicked it into high gear by adopting a whole foods plant based diet and engrossing herself in the exploration of how plant based foods may be used to achieve optimal health.

Through her blog, Bits of Wellness, she shares unique and flavorful plant-based dishes and discusses simple yet powerful ways in which small lifestyle changes can lead to a happier, healthier and more inspired life.

A highlight of her journey includes studying at the T. Colin Campbell Institute for Nutrition Studies and receiving her certificate in Plant Based Nutrition. Jennifer is currently symptom-free and resides in sunny Los Angeles, California with her husband and their Australian Shepherd, Peanut.
