After being diagnosed with Lyme Disease several years ago, I took my passion for health and kicked it into high gear by adopting a plant-based whole foods diet and engrossing myself in the exploration of how plant-based foods may be used to achieve optimal health.

Through my blog, Bits of Wellness, and my private practice, I share unique and flavorful plant-based dishes and discuss simple yet powerful ways in which small lifestyle changes can lead to a happier, healthier and more inspired life.

A highlight of my journey includes studying at the T. Colin Campbell Institute for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University and receiving my certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition. I currently reside in sunny Los Angeles, California with my husband and sons, and our Australian Shepherd, Peanut.
